Steve has over twenty years of business application experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Force Automation (SFA), Marketing Automation, Customer Service Management, Data Quality Management (DQM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software products. He has a unique understanding of the CRM industry having worked with a variety of CRM software solutions over the last fifteen years, serving in various capacities including: consulting practice director, project manager, solution architect, implementation consultant, administrator and end-user.
For the past decade Steve has managed the activities, resources and strategic direction for CRM consulting practices serving the US Mid-Atlantic region. Steve has led dozens of CRM engagements for customers across the spectrum of industries. He also specializes in Customer Data Management (CDM) and legacy customer conversions, and has presented at industry conferences on the subject.
